Weather is only one part of flight safety. The FAA's PAVE framework helps you honestly evaluate Pilot readiness, Aircraft condition, enVironment, and External pressures. PlaneWX makes it structured, timed to your departure, and integrated into your briefing.
Peer Mentoring
No pilot should face a critical go/no-go call alone. PlaneWX matches you with experienced volunteer mentors who see your exact briefing — the same WX Score, weather analysis, and personal minimums you see. The conversation starts with real data, not verbal descriptions over the phone.

Inside 24 hours, flight planning is relatively straightforward.
TAFs are reasonably accurate.
METARs are current.
ForeFlight and Garmin Pilot do a fine job.
But what about 3 days out? 5 days? A week?
