What to include in a notice
To help us act on a claim, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identify the material you claim is infringing, and where it appears (URL, page, post, or other location on PlaneWX that is reasonably sufficient for us to find it).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we handle notices
After we receive a complete notice at the address above, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material. We may notify the user who posted it. Counter-notices and repeat-infringer practices follow applicable law. This page is not legal advice; consult your own counsel if you need advice about your rights.
