Do free users get lower-quality briefings?
No. Every pilot gets the same AI-powered briefings with full WX Score breakdowns, PAVE assessments, and Synoptic Intelligence. Pro adds automation and capacity, not quality.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be moved to the Free plan. Your data stays intact — you just lose auto-refresh, email alerts, and the higher limits. Subscribe to Casual or Pro anytime to get them back.
Can I upgrade mid-plan?
Yes. Casual to Pro, Pro to Plus, monthly to annual, or the 2-year lock. Unused time is credited first. You'll see the breakdown — then you pay only the difference today.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly, annual, and 2-year plans can be canceled at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What is the 2-year price lock?
Pay two years at today's annual rate — Casual $120, Pro $238, Pro Plus $498. If you upgrade later, unused time is credited and the new tier is charged at the price that day. The lock is offered through October 1.
What are briefing refreshes?
Each time your briefing is regenerated with new weather data, that's a refresh. Free users get 15 per week (resets every Monday). Casual, Pro, and Pro Plus include unlimited briefing refreshes, plus automatic updates on monitored trips.
